Comments: I work from a relational perspective. Together we will explore what is stirring within your heart and soul and how these inner thoughts and feelings play a part in the choices you are making. Key relationships (including ours) shape our attitudes and experiences. Your well-being and wholeness will be my central focus. I draw from a number of different therapy styles including: Psychodynamic; Existential & Phenomenology; British Object-Relations; Cognitive-Behavioral; and Interpersonal.

Through my undergraduate degree in Biblical Studies, my Masters in Counseling Psychology, and 6 years of serving as a missionary around the world, I have discovered that both the Christian and psychological community have much to offer the healing of our souls. I work to incorporate the wisdom of both in the therapeutic process. It is my passion to work with clients who desire to increase intimacy and improve communication in their present relationships. I look forward to partnering with you in this process and see healing take the place of feelings of anxiety, inadequacy, and depression.
